Adell’s manufacturing process employs stainless steel, a heat reactive adhesive, a paintable thermoplastic alloy, and a base coat / clear coat paint finish. The stainless steel is totally encapsulated with thermoplastic alloy to eliminate potential for scratching. There is never any metal to metal contact.
- Adell’s door guards employ a metal shaping process to create door edge guard channels.
- Adell’s unique incremental bending process adds strength and rigidity to the stainless steel channel.
- Adell’s door guards are bent to correspond to the unique contours of each car door and then sprayed to match the original body color finish.
- Adell’s stainless steel construction is stronger than typical steel construction offering superior protection against dings and paint chips.
